Today we had the appointment to review your snag list and I have to say it seemed a very fair and reasonable review of the issues raised. Bill, the Taylor Wimpey rep who reviewed the list with me was a fan of yours, as quite early on in the appointment he said ‘I like this guy, he clearly knows what he’s talking about.’ He then went onto describe a visit to a property he’d done recently that had been ‘professionally’ snagged, with 38 pages of snags that in fact were unjustified, only eight of the many points raised were accepted as snags.
Thanks again for the great job you’ve done for us and I’ll be sure to recommend you to anyone we hear is buying a new build,
